NEW: Vintage Albums
We engineered a new album. This one is called Vintage. It features a bronze leatherette cover with round photo insert. The name is stamped in gold foil. Did you know we do custom layout designs?

Our new canvas photo albums are becoming extremely popular. Here’s feedback from one of the customers.
Thank you so much for the photo album. It is a work of art. You’ve done wonders with the pictures. Amazing!
While things have been moderately slow on the blog, everything was in full swing in the studio. We have made several adjustments to production and now the quality of our albums is even more solid. One major change is that we started adding various elements to our cover designs – tassels, metallic strips, photo frames, gold and gem accents and many others.
With this said, we would like to re-introduce our two-tone style album – now with the metallic strip addition. See photos below. Contact us for pricing.
We have been extremely busy spreading the word about our luxury photo album collection. We shipped albums to Virginia, Wisconsin, Kentucky, and even Ireland.
We also updated the website. It now features all of the new styles and options. You can view them here: Handmade Luxury Photo Albums.
Our studio is also open to the public. If you are in the neighborhood, stop by to see the albums live.
If you are looking to become a distributor, contact us.
December was a busy month for us. We hosted two open houses, signed some wedding photography contracts, and shipped several handmade albums. This is one of them.
Karina and Alex got married on Independence Day. They had a beautiful wedding with lots of guests, and plenty of great photo moments. Two weeks after the wedding they received a DVD with all the photos and in late December they came by the studio to get an album. Several days later, the completed layout was approved and their album was in production. They even got it in time for the holidays.
Here’s what they said:
Wanted to say thank you very much for our beautiful album. We love it and this was a very easy, seamless, not at all painful process – great customer service and good quality:).
We just crafted another album style. This one is called the Bronze Strip. The cover is made from genuine calfskin leather and couple’s names are foil stamped in silver in the bottom right corner. To the right of them, a polished bronze strip g0es across the vertical length of the album. The final result is simply stunning.

Sara and Sam make a beautiful couple and their photographs show it. And even though we did not shoot their wedding, we were honored to make them a photo album.
They ordered a 14×11 panoramic wedding book with Japanese cloth cover that matched their invitations. Each page was UV coated and the bottom right corner was foil-stamped with their wedding date. When shipped, the album was enclosed in hand sewn fabric sleeve and a black gift box.
Here’s what they said about our work:
We received our album yesterday and it is amazing!! We couldn’t be happier with the end result!! Thank you and Slav for all the work you have done for us, we really appreciate it!

The layout was also custom made. Using the photographs picked by Sara and Sam, we crafted a storyboard and then put it together piece by piece.

Alright, you know how we said we have chosen a winner for the Wedding Album Layout Contest? Well, we sort of lied. Fact of the matter is, all entries we received featured great layout design, but in the end we were left with two equally exceptional pieces of work. So instead of having one winner, we have two. We have already showed you the work of Jane Zarzynski. Now, we present to you the second winner – Mark Eleven Photography.
Much of Mark’s photography experience come from being “a helicopter fly fishing guide in British Columbia.” His approach to wedding photography is very personalized. His website states the following, “Wedding photography is something I’m very passionate about…I want their wedding photography to be a true reflection of their unique personalities.” And this complete dedication to what Mark does can be seen in his photography and layout work.
Once again, congratulations. Thanks for playing.

The Album Layout Contest ended October 1st and we took our sweet time picking the winner. We apologize, but it was very hard.
So without further ado, the winner is (drumroll) Jane Zarzynski of Jane Zarzynski Photogrpahy. We just love her style. Her photos are very modern (with a traditional twist), fresh, and truly beautiful. Her website has Lauryn Hill playing in the background (and we love the Fugees). Basically, if we lived in Phoenix and were getting married, we’d hire Jane.
“But wait,” you say, “weren’t this contest about layouts?” Yes, yes it was. Her album layout (featured below) is very clean and professional. It doesn’t take way from her stunning photography and doesn’t compensate with add-on graphic elements. In two words – it’s gorgeous. Congrats Jane!
